Breakfast
At Drakes we encourage lazy mornings, but breakfast is certainly worth getting up for. Our à la carte menu can be enjoyed downstairs in the restaurant or in your own room. Breakfast is served from 7.30am until 10am Monday to Friday, and 8am until 10:30am on Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.
Cocktail Bar
With a stunning view of the sea and of Brighton Pier, our Cocktail Bar is open all day for drinks. The perfect place for a double macchiato to get you going or a glass of rose or something more adventurous to chill you down.
Dilsk Restaurant
Drakes is home to Dilsk, an Michelin recommended fine dining restaurant that is centred on sustainability. With ingredients sourced from ethical growers and local producers in and around East Sussex.
